💰 Compensation:
• AED 2,000 Monthly Allowance
• Attractive and uncapped commissions on every successful deal
• High earning potential based on performance
🎯 Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads and business opportunities within the UAE market
• Approach brands and companies interested in marketing services
• Present agency services professionally
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Attend meetings and networking events
• Negotiate and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
✅ Requirements:
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Knowledge of the UAE market
• English is required
• Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Self-motivated and target driven
