Job Title: Telesales Executives - Forex Experienced
Location: Dubai
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive with a Forex background to promote our trading products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into active clients, and maintaining customer relationships while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Forex trading services
Explain Forex products, trading platforms, and account types clearly to clients
Convert leads into trading accounts and achieve monthly sales targets
Stay updated on Forex market trends, products, and company offerings
Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Forex trading concepts and terminology
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound calls
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
