Operations Supervisor Required – Laundry Company in Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000 + Monthly Bonus (details to be discussed during the interview)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of workers (delivery, collection, and quality control).
• Managing the control panel, orders, and customer communication platform.
• Ensuring smooth delivery operations and resolving any operational issues.
• Managing social media accounts and negotiating with marketing agencies/partners.
• Continuously suggesting new ideas for company development and improvement.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.
• Previous experience in laundry or dry-cleaning operations.
• Strong ability to supervise workers and ensure smooth delivery flow.
• Experience managing control panels, orders, and customer communication platforms.
• Experience managing social media accounts and negotiating with marketing agencies.
• Ability to propose innovative development ideas.
• Smart, organized, and proactive.
