We are expanding our Sales & Business Development Division and are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven professionals who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and closing high-ticket deals.

We are looking for individuals who understand how to build trust, create opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals, business developers, account managers, investment consultants, or high-ticket closers who are looking to work with premium products and serious buyers in a professional and performance-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer an attractive and highly rewarding compensation structure designed for ambitious professionals who are focused on performance and growth.

Monthly Package:
AED 10,000 Total Package

AED 5,000 Basic Salary
AED 5,000 Performance Bonus

In addition to the above package, employees will benefit from a highly attractive commission structure designed to reward performance and successful deal closures.

Commission Structure:
Commissions ranging from 15% up to 30%

Our company specializes in high-value products and services with transaction values ranging from:

USD 6,000 (Approx. AED 22,000)
Up to
USD 300,000+ (Approx. AED 1.1 Million)

This position offers substantial earning potential for top performers, with opportunities to earn significantly above the standard salary package through commissions, incentives, and performance rewards.

What You Will Be Selling:
You will be representing and presenting premium products and services including:

Professional Training & Development Programs
Investment & Financial Solutions
AI Technology & Software Products
Business Development Services
High-Value Training Solutions

This is not a retail sales role. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales position focused on serious clients, business owners, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through proactive outreach
Book meetings and appointments with potential clients
Conduct professional sales calls, Zoom meetings, and presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present products and services confidently and professionally
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
Negotiate and close deals effectively
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
Attend networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and business meetings
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
Work closely with management and sales teams to maximize conversions and revenue growth

Preferred Background Experience:
Previous experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:

Luxury or High-Ticket Sales
Corporate Training & Education Services
Wealth Management or Consulting

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales or business development experience
Proven track record of generating meetings and closing deals
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
Basic CRM and computer literacy
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
