What's the Short Version?
Our Merchandisers are responsible for collaborating with vendors and design teams, as well as analyzing customers and market trends to anticipate product needs. Their knowledge of the market justifies new opportunities for growth and their product expertise champions product ideas and positioning from product inception through go-to market strategies.

What Will You Be Doing?
Manage the day to day and follow up with the supply chain and SanMar US on product development, order placement, approvals, productions status, delivery, etc. ensuring the milestones on the Corporate Development calendar are met.
Work directly with the Merchandise Director and SanMar US departments including Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, Quality, Color, Technical Design, etc.).
Product expert related to style offering, design, fabrication, pricing and positioning in the apparel marketplace.
Recommend product positioning, create category construct and line plans, while managing and championing the ideas through the product creation process.
Maintain the line planning, pricing and product creation documentation for a complete product line - including silhouette/style/color plan, fit/sizing vision, flow plan, and pricing strategies.
Resolve process and merchandising issues that arise throughout the season while analyzing, recommending ways to continually improve process efficiencies.

What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field or equivalent experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in apparel product related roles
Proven merchandising skills and understanding of the product creation process
Communicate in verbal and written form to effectively and clearly articulate goals and objectives
Seek information proactively and work cooperatively in a diverse group
Lead and influence others and champion projects using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity

What's Our Offer?
The compensation and benefit package will be based on the level of experience and be competitive within Dubai standards. This package will be fully compliant with Dubai labor laws and the requirement of the DMCC freezone.
