Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Outbound Sales & Business Development Consultant to drive new client acquisition across the UAE SME market. This is a frontline revenue-generating role focused on proactive outreach, relationship building, and converting opportunities into long-term clients across our advisory and outsourcing service lines.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who understands the UAE business landscape and can confidently engage with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Execution
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals
- Identify and engage UAE-based SMEs requiring accounting, tax, and compliance services
- Qualify leads, understand client pain points, and position tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting meetings proposal closing
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build relationships with business owners, finance leaders, and decision-makers
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand:
- Compliance gaps (VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll)
- Operational inefficiencies
- Growth and restructuring needs
- Position the firm as a long-term advisory partner, not just a service provider
Commercial Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within CRM (e.g., Zoho CRM)
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track pipeline conversion, deal progression, and forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure competitive proposals
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Stay updated on UAE regulatory and business trends, including:
- UAE Corporate Tax Law
- VAT compliance and enforcement trends
- Identify market opportunities and emerging client needs
- Provide feedback to leadership on pricing, demand, and competition
Collaboration & Campaign Execution
Work closely with marketing on:
- Lead generation campaigns
- Events and webinars
- Targeted outbound initiatives
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in:
- B2B sales / outbound sales / business development
- UAE SME market (strong advantage)
- Experience in professional services (accounting, tax, consulting, HR, SaaS) preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident in cold outreach and handling objections
- Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Ability to understand and sell technical services in a simple, client-friendly manner
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Technical Advantage (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
Basic understanding of:
- VAT and Corporate Tax in UAE
- Accounting or financial concepts
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
