Job Title:
Sales Executive – Export & Import (Agriculture & Petroleum Products)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,500 per month (based on experience and merit)
plus guaranteed commission on every completed sale
About Us
We are a well-established international trading company based in Business Bay, Dubai, dealing in the export and import of agricultural commodities and petroleum derivatives. We work with buyers and suppliers across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and beyond, and we're expanding our sales team.
The Role
We're looking for a driven, confident Sales Executive who can find new clients, build lasting relationships, and take deals from first contact to signed contract. You will represent the company at international conferences and trade exhibitions, with strong earning potential through commission.
We are not looking for someone just to fill a seat. We want people with real backbone: ambitious, determined individuals who are ready to take ownership, face challenges head-on, and grow together with the company for the long term.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and develop new buyers and suppliers for agricultural commodities and petroleum derivatives
- Meet clients and present company products and offers
- Represent the company at international conferences, trade exhibitions and industry events
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions
- Close deals and finalize sales contracts in line with company policy
- Coordinate with logistics, shipping and documentation teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Follow up on orders, payments and client satisfaction after the sale
- Track market prices, trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals and client communication
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in commodity trading, agriculture, oil and petroleum products, or general trading
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), letters of credit and export/import documentation is a strong advantage
- Experience preparing and finalizing commercial contracts
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, French or other languages are a plus
- Valid passport and willingness to attend international conferences and exhibitions
- Professional computers knowledge is must
