HYK is looking for a proactive and organized Sales and Operations Executive to drive new business development, manage client relationships, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our accounting team. The role involves generating new leads, ensuring the senior and junior accountants stay on top of client deliverables, and maintaining smooth and efficient workflows across the firm.
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax services.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Follow up with leads, prepare proposals, and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
2. Operations and Team Management
- Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the senior and junior accountants.
- Ensure client assignments, deadlines, and deliverables are tracked and completed on time.
- Monitor team productivity and follow up on pending tasks and client requirements.
- Coordinate task allocation and ensure smooth communication within the team.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements to internal processes.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure a high standard of service.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Ensure regular communication with clients regarding deliverables, pending documents, and deadlines.
- Support client retention and identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, operations, client relationship management, or a related role within the accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and follow up on tasks effectively.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting or workflow management software is an advantage.
