Position: Sales Executive
Experience
1 year and above preferred.
Job Details
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, pitching products/services, handling customer queries, and closing sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
Promote and sell products/services over the phone
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
Prior tele sales or customer service experience is a plus
