The Property Consultant will represent clients across Dubai\'s competitive property market and manage transactions from initial prospecting through negotiation and completion. The position requires disciplined lead generation, strong local market awareness, professional client handling, and the ability to convert opportunities into completed sales or leasing transactions. Success will depend on maintaining an active pipeline while building long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and property owners.Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, and investor leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities across relevant Dubai communities, projects, and property segments.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, sellers, and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on location, budget, investment objectives, and lifestyle preferences.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings while providing accurate information about units, communities, pricing, and market conditions.
• Manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and other parties to progress transactions toward successful closure.
• Handle sales and leasing opportunities from initial inquiry through offer negotiation and transaction coordination.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of active clients, listings, viewings, negotiations, and expected closings.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to maximize conversion and repeat business.
• Monitor Dubai property prices, rental trends, transaction activity, new developments, and emerging investment locations.
• Develop strong working knowledge of off-plan and secondary market opportunities relevant to assigned areas.
• Maintain accurate client, property, and transaction information within the company\'s CRM or sales management system.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders where required to support documentation and transaction completion.
• Deliver professional service to VIP and high-net-worth clients where applicable.
• Work toward individual sales targets while contributing to the overall performance of the brokerage.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, confidentiality, and client care throughout every transaction
