We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Logistics & Shipping team. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the sales team with quotations, pricing, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, and customers.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and customer records.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional responses through email, phone calls, and meetings.
• Follow up on shipments and keep customers updated on shipment status.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed on time.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
• With good knowledge of sea freight, air freight, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license will be an advantage.
