We are a hand-crafted bakery & coffee shop in JVC, Dubai. As Shop Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will oversee everything from guest experience and staff development to inventory management and quality control. We need a leader who have some knowledge about bakery & coffee, loves hospitality, and good at communication & collaboration. And we hope you are good at both English and Chinese, as our team is made up of both Chinese and people from other countries. Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.Oversee all front-of-house and coordinate with back-of-house operations, ensuring consistent product quality and service standards.
2.Manage daily operation procedures, including shop opening & closing, daily reporting, compliance with government standards, staff training, schedule shifts.
3.Manage stock levels and supplier relationships.
4.Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with grace and efficiency. Also collaborate on in-shop events, promotions, and social media content.
