Position: Waiter cum Bartender
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years (Hotel experience in Dubai preferred)
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and energetic Bartender with proven experience in mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of classic and modern cocktails and should have worked in Dubai hotels or high-end hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and glassware
Ensure proper storage and rotation of bar stock
Greet and interact with guests, providing a high level of customer service
Handle alcohol responsibly and ensure service is in line with UAE regulations
Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
Follow health and safety policies, including alcohol handling standards
Requirements:
2–5 years of bartending experience (Dubai hotel experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
Must be legally allowed to serve alcohol in the UAE
Preferred nationalities: Filipino and Indian
