Barista
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to consistently prepare high-quality beverages in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, espresso-based beverages, matcha, teas, and other specialty drinks.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
* Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
* Handle orders, payments, and daily opening and closing duties.
* Monitor inventory and report stock requirements.
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista (required).
* Strong knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and specialty coffee.
* Experience preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, including matcha and other specialty drinks.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
