We are looking for Restaurant Operations Supervisor
A well-established restaurant in Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations, supervise staff, maintain service and food quality, control inventory and costs, handle customer concerns, and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Requirements:
* Maximum age: 33 years
* Previous UAE restaurant experience
* Strong leadership and multicultural team-management skills
* Proficient in computer applications, restaurant systems, and digital platforms
* Able to prepare operational reports and professional email correspondence
* Capable of improving service efficiency, quality standards, and employee performance
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
