Full Time | Reports to: Head Barista
Role
Prepare and serve speciality coffee, cold press juices, smoothies, and homemade drinks to a high and consistent standard. Take orders and operate the POS accurately. Work closely with the Head Barista to keep the bar running smoothly.
Responsibilities
-Prepare espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, juices, smoothies, and homemade beverages to recipe standard
-Dial in grinders and adjust throughout service
-Take guest orders confidently and operate the POS including cash and card payments
-Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organised throughout service
-Follow opening and closing procedures
-Monitor stock and flag shortages early
-Support the team during busy periods
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years barista experience in a speciality coffee setting
-Confident on POS systems and cash handling
-Experience with juicers and blenders
-Fast, reliable, and consistent under pressure
-Genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
-SCA certification is a plus
