About the role
We're a UAE brand looking for an Operations Manager to run 3 locations and keep the standard the same everywhere.
What you’ll do
-Run the daily operations.
-Build, lead and inspire our teams. Hire, train and coach staff in the kitchen and on service.
-Keep food quality, cleanliness and customer experience consistent across every site.
-Plan rotas, track attendance and make sure each location is properly staffed.
-Keep a close eye on sales, food and labour costs, stock levels and waste.
-Set up clear procedures and make sure every team follows them.
-Listen to customer feedback and fix problems quickly.
-Keep kitchen and front-of-house communication clear and fast.
-Partner with the owner to improve how we work and prepare for our next stage of growth.
What we’re looking for
-Experience as an operations, restaurant or area manager, ideally across more than one site.
-Hands-on knowledge of kitchen and service operations.
-A natural leader who can manage and develop a team.
-Solid grasp of cost control, inventory and daily reporting.
-Ability to train people and hold standards across locations.
-Clear communicator and calm problem-solver.
-UAE or Dubai hospitality experience is a plus.
-Organised, practical and proactive.
What we offer
AED 4,000–6,000 per month, depending on experience.
Employment visa.
Annual leave and benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
