We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, leading and developing the team, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in premium dining or a high-end café
Previous UAE hospitality experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience in staff scheduling, inventory and cost control
Ability to manage sales targets and operational KPIs
Strong problem-solving skills
Fluent English communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
