We are looking for an experienced Female Restaurant Supervisor to join our restaurant team in Ajman / Sharjah.
The candidate should have strong restaurant operational experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage staff while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant supervisory experience
UAE/GCC restaurant experience preferred
Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff
Conduct staff briefings and assign daily duties
Monitor customer service, food quality and cleanliness
Handle customer complaints professionally
Knowledge of POS, cash handling and daily sales closing
Monitor stock and coordinate requirements with management
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures
Monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure during busy operations
Immediate availability preferred
