Provide efficient and courteous customer service while accurately handling customer orders, billing, cash and card payments, and POS transactions. The role is responsible for ensuring guests receive correct orders and timely service, maintaining proper cash control, coordinating effectively with kitchen staff, and supporting a clean, organized, and professional dining environment in accordance with the restaurant’s service, hygiene, and operation al standards.
Required Skill and Qualification.
1-Previous experience as a Waiter, Cashier or Waiter Cum Cashier, preferably in a restaurant.
2-Experience in a Pakistani, Indian, Afghani or other Desi restaurant is an advantage.
3-Basic knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
4-Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
5-Ability to communicate clearly with customers and kitchen staff.
6-Basic English communication skills required; knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is an advantage.
7-Friendly, polite and customer-focused personality.
Ability to work under pressure during busy lunch and dinner periods.
8-Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
9-Honest, responsible and disciplined in handling restaurant cash.
