We are seeking an attentive and personable Waiter / Waitress to deliver excellent table service and create a positive dining experience for every guest. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager or Head Waiter, the successful candidate will handle guests from seating through to farewell, combining efficient service with genuine hospitality.
The core of the role is table service. The Waiter / Waitress greets guests warmly, presents the menu, and answers questions on dishes, ingredients, preparation, and pairing with genuine knowledge rather than a memorised script. Orders are taken accurately, including special requests, allergies, and modifications, and relayed correctly to the kitchen and bar. Food and drinks are served promptly and in the correct sequence, checked for accuracy before reaching the table, and delivered with proper technique and presentation.
