Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
Assist customers with menu selections and answer their questions.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
Handle customer requests and complaints politely and professionally.
Prepare tables and ensure all required items are available.
Follow company hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Requirements:
Previous waiter/restaurant experience is preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
