Almasiya Real Estate is looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team in Dubai.
We are seeking candidates who already have real estate experience and are confident in developing client relationships, prospecting for new business, conducting property viewings, following up on leads and negotiating transactions through to successful closure.
This opportunity is suitable for ambitious real estate professionals looking to develop their careers within an established Dubai brokerage while benefiting from competitive commission options, company support and access to the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and develop new clients and property opportunities.
• Follow up professionally and consistently on company-generated and self-generated leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.
• Conduct property presentations and viewings.
• Source suitable properties and develop property listings.
• Advise clients on available properties, projects and market opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions through to successful completion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property information in the Company's CRM.
• Develop relationships with property owners, investors and developers.
• Represent Almasiya Real Estate professionally and maintain high standards of client service.
Must-Have Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to speak and write English to a professional working standard.
• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience, preferably within the UAE.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
• At least 1 year of real estate experience, preferably within the UAE.
• A valid Dubai Real Estate Broker Card.
• Ability to speak Arabic in addition to English.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, major communities and developers.
• A demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop listings and close transactions.
Candidate Profile
