EXPERIENCED [SPANISH / GERMAN / FRENCH / ITALIAN]-SPEAKING REAL ESTATE BROKER — DUBAI
Orient Luxury Properties, an international real estate and investment advisory company, is expanding its Dubai team.
We are looking for an experienced real estate broker with a proven track record in the Dubai property market, strong closing skills, and the ability to advise international investors at a professional level.
This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for an independent, results-driven professional who understands the Dubai real estate market, can identify a client’s genuine investment objectives, present the right opportunities, negotiate confidently, and take the transaction through to completion.

REQUIREMENTS
— Previous experience as a real estate broker in Dubai is mandatory;
— A proven record of independently closed transactions;
— Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, key communities, developers, and transaction processes;
— Fluent [SPANISH / GERMAN / FRENCH / ITALIAN];
— Fluent English is mandatory;
— Experience working with investors and high-value clients;
— Strong presentation, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills;
— A professional and consultative approach to clients;
— Consistent and disciplined use of CRM;
— Ability to manage the full client journey, from the initial enquiry to the completed transaction;
— Responsibility, integrity, and a strong focus on results;
— Currently based in Dubai or ready to relocate in the immediate future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Respond promptly and professionally to incoming pre-qualified leads;
— Conduct detailed client qualification and identify the purpose of the purchase;
— Recommend properties based on the client’s budget, objectives, and investment strategy;
— Conduct online and in-person consultations, presentations, Zoom meetings, and property viewings;
— Negotiate confidently and handle objections professionally;
— Guide clients through every stage of the transaction, from the first conversation to booking and closing;
— Maintain accurate and timely records of all client activity in the CRM;
— Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
