Job Title: Off-Plan Property Consultant — Commission Only
We are looking for ambitious, experienced, and highly motivated Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our growing real estate brokerage.
This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals who want to maximize their earnings with an attractive 40%–50% commission structure and strong sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle assigned leads professionally and convert them into successful sales
* Advise clients on suitable off-plan investment opportunities
* Conduct project presentations, meetings, and property consultations
* Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and investors
* Build long-term relationships with clients
* Achieve individual sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and transactions
* Coordinate with developers and internal teams until deal completion
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales is preferred
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market and major developers
* Self-motivated, disciplined, target-oriented, and professional
* Ability to independently manage leads and client relationships
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
* UAE driving licence and own car are preferred
Important: This is a commission-only position with no fixed salary. Candidates will receive 40%–50% commission, depending on experience, performance, and agreed terms.
