Your Role:
As a Telesales Executive, you will contact property owners and prospective clients using company-provided leads. Your objective will be to introduce our real estate services professionally, identify opportunities, build trust with potential clients, and generate qualified appointments for our sales team.
You will represent our company's values in every conversation, maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional approach.
Responsibilities:
* Contact prospective clients using company-provided leads.
* Introduce our real estate services with confidence and professionalism.
* Build rapport and identify client needs through effective communication.
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales consultants.
* Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-up activities.
* Consistently achieve daily and monthly performance targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
* Represent the company's reputation with integrity, professionalism, and respect.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in telesales, call centers, customer service, or telephone sales (real estate experience is an advantage but not essential).
• Fluent in English (additional languages are highly appreciated).
• A confident and effective communicator.
• Polite, patient, calm, and professional, even when handling objections.
• Persistent and determined without being aggressive. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based objectives.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM systems (preferred).
