Golden Gateway Real Estate is a growing property brokerage based in Dubai, specializing in off-plan and residential sales. Since our establishment, we have focused on delivering high-quality property solutions, building strong client relationships, and creating a performance-driven environment for our agents. With a dynamic team and expanding portfolio, we continue to position ourselves as a competitive player in the UAE real estate market.
We are currently looking for dedicated and motivated Real Estate Agents who have some experience in the industry and are ready to grow their careers in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage property leads (off-plan and secondary market)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct property viewings and presentations
Follow up with prospects and close deals
Stay updated on market trends and project knowledge
Requirements:
At least some experience in real estate or sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a commission-only structure
Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus
