Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator / Videographer to join a growing real estate personal brand in Dubai, working closely with a RERA-certified broker specialising in luxury residential and off-plan property.
This is a hands-on, creative role covering everything from filming and editing to strategy and scripting. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) that builds our brand, attracts property investors, and showcases listings in a compelling way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Film and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for real estate listings, market updates, and personal branding
- Shoot photography for property listings and social content
- Research and monitor other real estate influencers/creators to identify trending formats and content ideas
- Develop original content concepts, hooks, and scripts tailored to our audience
- Edit videos with strong pacing, sound design, captions, and visual style suited to short-form platforms
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across all platforms
- Stay on top of platform trends, audio trends, and viral formats relevant to real estate and property investment content
- Collaborate directly with the broker on shoot planning and messaging for each property/campaign
Requirements:
- Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing (portfolio/reel required)
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and what drives engagement/virality
- Real estate industry experience or strong interest in real estate content is a plus
- Confident with editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
- Creative eye for storytelling, trends, and content strategy
- Ability to work independently, manage own shoot/edit schedule, and hit deadlines
- Comfortable filming on location across Dubai (villas, apartments, show units, etc.)
