Upscale Real Estate Brokerage is expanding its leasing division and is looking for motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Leasing Consultants to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
• Source and secure residential and commercial property listings.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and close rental transactions.
• Follow up with inquiries generated through company marketing platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of clients and properties in the CRM.
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends.
Requirements
• Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
