We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Prepare and follow up on sales and leasing agreements.
Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and property values.
Promote properties through social media and property portals.
Coordinate with developers, property owners, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.
Attend team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (preferred).
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent sales and closing abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good knowledge of the Dubai property market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, or other languages is an advantage).
RERA certification is a plus.
