We’re Hiring – Property Sales Consultants | Dubai
Sell more. Stress less. We handle the marketing, you close the deals.
Compensation:
Freshers: Base + up to 50% commission on target
Experienced: Base + up to 60% commission
High Performers: Base + up to 70% commission + quarterly bonuses
Full Support System Provided:
1. Marketing Support: Premium listings on Dubizzle, Bayut & Property Finder – company paid
2. Lead Support: Daily qualified leads from social media campaigns
Social Media Leads: Inbound enquiries from Meta, Google & TikTok ads
3. Content Creation Support: Professional photos, videos & creatives done for you
4. Documentation Support: Admin team handles SPA, contracts & paperwork
5. Deal Closing Support: Sales manager assists with negotiations & objections
6. Developer Project Training: Direct training from Emaar, Damac, Sobha etc.
7. Sales Training: Weekly coaching, scripts, role-plays & market updates
Who we want:
Freshers: UAE driving license, excellent English, hunger to earn
Experienced: 1+ years Dubai real estate; RERA a plus but not mandatory
High Performers: Proven AED 5M+ annual sales record
You focus on: Client meetings, viewings & closing. We handle the rest.
Perks: Visa + Medical + Emirates ID
Location: Silicon Oasis Dubai
