Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries regarding citizenship and residency programs
Conduct consultations with Arabic-speaking clients professionally
Explain program benefits, eligibility criteria, and process structure
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and digital platforms
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for client processing
Assist clients in collecting and submitting required documents
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required
Requirements & Qualifications:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, consultancy, immigration, or related fields
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Professional appearance and presentation skills
