Position Overview
The Real Estate Developer Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s property projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer‑focused approach, and the ability to represent the developer professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential buyers and present available property projects.
Conduct property tours, explain features, pricing, payment plans, and project timelines.
Generate leads through calls, site visits, events, and networking.
Follow up with clients, maintain strong relationships, and provide timely updates.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable units or investment options.
Coordinate with the sales manager and marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and documentation.
Assist clients with reservation forms, booking procedures, and handover processes.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
Requirements
Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
Arabic‑speaking candidates preferred.
European or Russian female candidates may also be considered.
Previous experience in real estate sales or property development is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Presentable, confident, and customer‑oriented.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
