We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities • Manage daily administrative and office operations • Prepare, review, and organize contracts and legal documentation • Manage CRM systems and property listings across leading real estate portals • Coordinate with agents, clients, developers, and business partners • Schedule meetings, property viewings, and appointments efficiently • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports • Provide executive administrative support to the management team
Qualifications • Previous experience in Real Estate Administration is highly preferred • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Professional appearance with outstanding interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
