🚧 We’re Hiring: Snagging Inspector🚧
Savvy Property Services is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced **Snagging Inspector** to join our team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, solid construction knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality property inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct detailed snagging inspections for villas, apartments, townhouses, and commercial properties
✅ Identify construction defects, finishing issues, MEP concerns, and workmanship defects
✅ Prepare professional digital reports with clear findings and photographic evidence
✅ Communicate confidently with clients, contractors, developers, and property managers
✅ Carry out re-inspections and quality assurance checks
✅ Support and guide junior inspectors where required
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 5 years’ experience in snagging, property inspections, construction quality control, engineering, or building surveying
🔹 Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and property handover processes
🔹 Experience with MEP, finishing works, waterproofing, and general building inspections
🔹 Excellent English communication and report-writing skills
🔹 Valid UAE driving license preferred
