Sales Manager – Real Estate (Off-Plan)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai's off-plan property market and a proven ability to lead sales teams, close transactions, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Support agents in negotiating and closing property transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and clients
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training
• Promote off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property market
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
