We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and regulations
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants
Prepare and manage necessary documentation (Forms A, B, F, tenancy contracts, etc.)
Coordinate with developers, owners, and other agents
List and advertise properties on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role (Dubai experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and processes
RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
