We are seeking a Building Supervisor having experience in Mechanical Engineering and / or Building Security Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Buildings . In this role, you will maintain a safe, welcoming environment for apartment owners , tenants, coordinate routine repairs, and manage on-site maintenance team .

Scope of work
Management of the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of a building
Supervise on-site maintenance, security, and housekeeping staff
Regularly inspect building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.
Address tenant requests, complaints, and service emergencies, ensuring high levels of occupant satisfaction.
Liaise with contractors, obtain quotes for specialized services, and oversee facility improvements.
Ensure the property adheres to building codes, health regulations, and local authority requirements (such as Dubai Civil Defense, Municipality safety standards & other relevant authorities )
Maintain operations records, manage supply inventory, and prepare progress and incident reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of general building systems (MEP - mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to manage & Supervise minimum 20 staff on site .
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with tenants, contractors, and senior management.
Problem-Solving: Capability to quickly troubleshoot issues and manage facility emergencies
Salary : Aed 3000 to 4000 + Medical , other benefits as per UAE regulations
