Job Overview -
We are looking for highly motivated, presentable, and result-oriented Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, aggressive sales ability, and a professional approach towards clients and closures.
This role is suited for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in Dubai real estate and can perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Generate and manage leads for buying, selling, and leasing properties
Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
Stay updated with current Dubai market trends, pricing, and inventory
Upload and manage listings on CRM and property portals
Handle negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong client servicing standards
Coordinate documentation and transaction processes efficiently
Work closely with management on daily activity and performance updates
Requirements -
Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate is preferred
Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and achieve KPIs
UAE Driving License and own car preferred
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
