ADA Real Estate is looking for motivated real estate agents to work on a commission basis in Dubai.
We are looking for agents who can:
✔ Generate their own clients and leads
✔ Build relationships and close deals
✔ Use social media and networking for marketing
✔ Work independently and stay motivated
✔ Handle off-plan and secondary market opportunities
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Sales mindset and confidence
• Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
• Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Must be comfortable with commission-based work
