Key Responsibilities:
- Actively list, market, and sell/rent properties across Dubai
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales/rental targets
- Guide clients through every step of the property transaction process – from initial inquiry to successful handover
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate (off-plan or secondary market) is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Valid UAE driving license and car is a plus
