Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business performance.
• Support business development and enhance service quality.
• Monitor financials, KPIs, budgets, and operational efficiency.

• Supervise staff and coordinate inter-departmental activities.
