Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
Maintain and update property listings on portals
Stay up to date with market trends and property values in Dubai
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid UAE driving license is preferred
