Fitson Real Estate Broker L.L.C, a fast-growing brokerage established in 2023, is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our team.
With strong partnerships with top developers, we provide the tools, exposure and opportunities you need to succeed in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Your Role:
• Build strong client relationships and understand their needs
• Guide clients in buying, selling or renting properties
• Use market knowledge to close successful deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Who We’re Looking For:
• Passionate about real estate (experience is a plus; freshers are welcome)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven
• Driving License and RERA card is preferable
• Must be based in Dubai
