We are seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage maintenance operations across our holiday home portfolio. The ideal candidate will coordinate repairs, manage vendors, ensure timely issue resolution, and maintain high property standards to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work for multiple holiday homes
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, property owners, and internal teams
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work
Conduct regular property inspections to identify preventative maintenance needs
Track maintenance tickets and update records in property management systems
Monitor maintenance budgets and approve invoices
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
Source and negotiate with new vendors when required
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in maintenance coordination, property management, or facilities management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with property management systems (preferred)
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work
Valid driver’s license (if site visits required)
