What you will do
Generate and close leads across residential, luxury, off-plan, and commercial segments
Manage your pipeline end-to-end using Bitrix24 CRM and AI-powered prospecting tools
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the transaction process
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and referral networks
Stay current on Dubai market trends, developer launches, and RERA regulations
What we are looking for
Valid RERA certification (mandatory)
2+ years of Dubai real estate sales experience
Proven track record with measurable results (sales volume, units closed)
Established client or investor network
Comfortable with CRM platforms, digital tools, and AI-assisted workflows
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in all client interactions
What we offer
Attractive base salary (AED 8,000–15,000+) depending on experience
High % commission split — among the highest in the market
Performance bonuses on top of commission
