Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage client leads for off-plan and secondary properties Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice Build and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate and close sales deals effectively Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches
Requirements
Proven experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan and/or secondary market preferred) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset RERA certification is an advantage Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
