RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
• Generate, follow up, and manage property leads
• Conduct property viewings and assist with negotiations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Stay updated with the Dubai real estate market
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into deals
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• RERA certification is an advantage
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage
• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
