We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE commercial property market and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include sourcing commercial properties, generating leads, handling client requirements, conducting property viewings, and negotiating transactions. Candidates with experience in office spaces, retail, warehouses, shops, and commercial buildings will be preferred. Attractive commission structure and growth opportunities are available.
Requirements:
* Previous UAE real estate experience preferred
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Good knowledge of Dubai commercial property market
* Excellent communication and customer-service skills
* Valid UAE driving license/personal vehicle is mandatory
