Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator with hands-on experience in UAE real estate administration, property listings, transaction documentation, broker coordination, CRM management, and Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures. The candidate will support the sales, property management, and management teams by ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, compliance, and smooth coordination with agents, developers, landlords, buyers, sellers, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update property listings through the CRM and major UAE real estate portals, including Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and similar platforms.
• Upload, edit, monitor, and maintain accurate property information, including photographs, prices, descriptions, availability, and agent details.
• Monitor listing quality and resolve rejected, expired, or inactive listings.
• Maintain accurate property, client, agent, and lead databases within the CRM.
• Update transaction stages, documentation status, property details, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Prepare, review, and maintain standard UAE real estate agreements and transaction-related documentation.
• Prepare and process Form A, Form B, and Form F, ensuring all documents are complete and properly executed.
• Prepare and coordinate A-to-A agreements and other property-related agreements.
• Prepare and coordinate NOCs and documentation required for property sales and transfers.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, properly signed, and compliant with applicable DLD requirements.
• Coordinate with agents, clients, landlords, buyers, sellers, developers, trustees, and other relevant parties.
• Assist agents and management with DLD-related requirements and transaction procedures.
• Coordinate documentation for property transfers, registrations, and related processes.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, transactions, supporting documents, and confidential AML-related records.
• Coordinate with Owners Association (OA) teams and service providers regarding property-related issues.
• Update and maintain broker lists and lead lists regularly.
• Generate reports, trackers, and administrative documents required by management and sales teams.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the real estate sales and management departments.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, follow-ups, schedules, and transaction deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, transaction, and AML-related information.
Candidate Profile / Requirements
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in UAE real estate, property administration, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any relevant discipline.
• Good understanding of UAE real estate processes, documentation, and DLD-related procedures.
• Experience with CRM systems and UAE property portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and confidential information effectively.

Salary AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month
